3. Per Call Service

Apart from MA and SA, another service offered is the Per Call Service.

Once a complaint call is received and the given quotation is accepted, the required services will be provided immediately.

This service is quite beneficial if the customer has not signed any maintenance agreement or is still considering signing one up.

Some of the services that is performed under the Per Call Service include :
  • expert technical inspection of the faulty equipment
  • configuration and installation of equipment.
  • configuration and installation of network.
